A little bit about me...
My name is Lauren Dailey and I created this lifestyle blog to help you fill up your personal cup. We each hold our own cup…our own awareness of what our bodies, minds, and spirits need to feel nourished. Whether it be yoga, wellness tips, healthy recipes, lifestyle coaching, or just some inspiration, check out each tab and get a taste.
To start, this is a little bit about me and how I got here...
My wellness journey started in New York City where I decided to start a yoga teacher training. I pursued a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training from mang'Oh Studio. The experience was life changing and catalyzed a major life overhaul and pursuit to understand various wellness modalities. I began to train with various teachers in New York City and taught public and private yoga regularly. In 2015, I continued my training by finishing a 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India. I also completed a Thai Massage course at Sabai De Ka Massage School in Chiang Mai, Thailand. I have completed both Reiki I and Reiki II certifications at the Holistic Learning Center in White Plains, NY as well as a 200 hour Ayurveda certification from Kripalu Center in Stockbridge, MA and a 300 hour Ayurvedic Wellness Coach Training from the Bhakti Center in New York City. I’ve worked and trained with various world renowned yoga teachers, meditation teachers, and psychologists at Kripalu Center. I continue to assist programs at the Center today.
Currently, I teach private and public classes and workshops in Connecticut. I specialize in private classes that are customized for my clients to reach their goals using a variety of modalities. This includes all aspects of yoga but also private lifestyle instruction (including cooking and diet). I believe in the whole person and work with my clients from an approach that nourishes both the body (through Ayurvedic cooking and lifestyle practices) and the mind (through yoga and self healing).
This website is meant to provide resources through recipes and my class schedule. It also includes a blog that shares revelations and teachings through my own self-study (Swadhyaya). I have been on a healing path since my early twenties and sharing my learnings is the greatest gift I can offer to others. If I can help one person breathe easier in life, I know I have made a difference in this world. I hope that my resources support you on your journey and also help you fill up your own cup.
In service,
Lauren
