Designed to support expectant mothers, these classes focus on gentle stretches, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques to nurture both body and mind.
Suitable for all stages of pregnancy, this series provides a peaceful environment to connect with your baby, prepare for childbirth, and meet other expectant mamas.

Yang Yin Yoga
Join me in-person or virtually through Raven's Wing. Balancing our need to both move and liberate with our need to rest and allow. Honoring the body, we warm up through invigorating movement and postures amplifying our energy and breath. Gradually we'll slow back down to the earth for more quiet, passive postures to help connect and be with our experience. Relaxation and meditation end our session.
