Option 1

Ayurvedic Wellness Consultations

Ayurveda is one of the oldest, most continuously practiced forms of healthcare in the world. It is considered the "sister-science" to yoga and focuses on diet and lifestyle regiments that bring harmony to the body. This practice is deeply rooted in becoming balanced with nature and understanding your unique composition and relation to it. Offerings include:

  • Private classes customized to support any physical or mental imbalances you may be experiencing.

    • Common consultations include: support with digestive health, sleep challenges, overall health reset, feeling heavy/sluggish/down, conception/pregnancy/postpartum support, etc.

  • Private classes customized to your unique constitution from birth or for the season.

  • Private classes to support an overall change in diet and lifestyle habits.

  • A deeper understand of what it means to be healthy and what healthy should feel like.

Private Yoga & Meditation

Release physical and mental tension through a series of postures and practices designed to ease your body & mind. Sessions can include a focus on:

This fun and interactive option is for beginners and experienced cooks alike! Lauren will connect with you to understand your goals and then come up with a customized recipe packet and shopping list. Meet virtually or in-person to whip it up, learn something new, and laugh along the way.
