Cleansing Green Soup

Green Soup

An easy to digest, cleansing, and nutrient dense meal.

YIELD: 2

INGREDIENTS:
4 cups chopped broccoli (florets & stalk)
2 chopped organic celery stalks
4 cups organic spinach 
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground coriander

INSRUCTIONS:

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a sauce pot.

  2. Add prepped veggies, then spices.

  3. Simmer for 10 mins or until veggies are tender.

  4. Use an immersion blender or add the contents to a standing blender.

  5. Blend and add cool water as needed for desired consistency...and to cool it down.

  6. Top with olive oil or pepitas.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
